Heh, San Francisco’s third stringer, Mr Irrelevant himself, is a lock for MVP this year.

I know what you mean but he was never really a third stringer. Ok, he was expected to be and was for a couple of games but was not a career backup. Most of those dudes never amount to anything. Although Todd Bouman and Steve Mathews both did have a good games for us once upon a time.
