1. Offensive Lineman
2. Defensive Lineman
3. Wide Receiver Depth

Those have been the three glaring issues right now on this football team. They did very little, or, had very little success in adding anything impactful or tangible there to give us much hope this year or going into next year in my opinion.

Yeah, I think it was a collaboration with Doug and all the coaches.  I also think Baalke really let these Doug get who he wanted at the top of the draft for all the flack he took last year and if the players don't pan out, he can look at Khan and say see, that's not who i wanted.  Especially with the Strange pick, that was Doug 100% imo.  If it was just Baalke picking and he was taking a TE i think he would of taken Washington just by his draft history, just a guess though.  Do we really want Doug getting the guys he wants?  That's not his strong suit imo.  Jordan was the best basketball player ever and he took Kwame Brown over Pau Gasol.  We need to remember he was the coach when the Eagles took Reagor over Jefferson and I'm sure he had say in that pick.

Even if you have All Pros at C and G you shouldn't take a 2nd or 3rd string TE in the 2nd and a 3rd string RB in the 3rd.  That should be followed behind that sentence.   With that said, I think our staff felt Strange is a number 1 TE and Bigsby was a number 1 RB, that's why they took them.  It just shows you the quality of their Bigboard.

Absolutely. That's why I can't completely fault Baalke. These coaches get a say and have a hand in this as well. Whether it's a mess or a sensation. Everybody plays their part. 

Strange absolutely felt like a Pederson pick, while, Bigsby and Miller felt like Baalke picks. I still think Baalke has some encouraging aspects to his profile. I don't mind the free agency investments he's made over the last two years. 

I don't see Khan cutting him loose in the off season. I really think a strong push needs to be made though for an added layer of oversight and final say between the two of them. Baalke can handle his part. Pederson can handle his. BUT, a VP with a better background should get a final say in things in my opinion. 

I would specifically start poaching from teams like San Francisco, Baltimore, Detroit & Los Angeles (Rams) for somebody with a good eye for talent with the balls to make the best decisions for this football team. Both, in the long term and short term.
