We made a mistake last year when we didn't bring in Spielman. I think if we lose out Baalke gets fired. If we make the playoffs he stays. Khan is in the war room and in there when they put the board together so he knows who which guy really wanted. I think that will be another think that will determine if he stays. If say Baalke wanted Torrence and Doug wanted Strange ? that would be a good look on Baalke. I seriously doubt it but it's just hard to say what goes on behind closed doors. I think Shadd will listen to Tony as well a d get input from him if Baalke should stay
