Two years ago we were the worst team in the league, now we're leading our division and possibly about to win the division for the 2nd straight year.  But we want to fire everybody because, what, we're not perfect?  We want to fire everybody because we haven't gone from last place to the Super Bowl in 2 years?

Do you think the roster is set up for future success?

So far, under the current regime for the 2 years they've been totally in charge, we've gone from horrible to above average.  So, if by "future success" you mean winning the Super Bowl, the answer is, not yet.  We still need to keep building the roster.  

But that doesn't make we want to fire anyone.  That would be ridiculous.
