His defense is passive and not good enough to win without superior players. He's not getting another DC job without learning a different defense. Sitting back in zone works against bad QBs, not against the top and even average QBs now.

How is this going to be possible? A coach can't resign and then take another job at the same level. Unless they way their rights because of the personal friction, a team will have to trade for him.
