OK, you're saying Biden is weak, and Putin sensed that.  I infer you're also saying Trump was strong, and Putin sensed that also.  It seems you are saying Putin is bad and the things he wants should be opposed. Right?

If strength means making sure Putin is afraid and feels restrained, what would a strong President do, at this particular juncture, to punish Putin?
