Yeah that's what I'm saying if what dilla heard from whomever in the building is true this is not good for any team for the gm to force a hire.

What you saw from Dilla is very incomplete information that many are interpreting as more than what was actually conveyed. 

The odds of it being "Baalke hired a DC Doug didn't prefer" are insanely low. 

NFL teams simply don't work that way - and they really don't work that way when your HC has a damn SB ring.
