Governments are run by human beings, with all their inherent weaknesses.  No party or faction has a monopoly on greed and dishonesty.  It's just something we have to deal with.  It will never stop.  Make laws and try to enforce them.  That's all you can do.

Do powerful people have a "globalist agenda?"  It depends on your definition of globalist agenda.  A lot of powerful people believe in free trade, because they are capitalists, and they believe, with a lot of justification, that free trade is not only good for them, but good for everyone in general.

Fact.

No. It's not a fact. It's an overly simplistic interpretation of the world, which is common behavior from people who don't know what they are talking about. It's laziness and comfort speaking over integrity and courage. The same lot that trot out every bit of Trump's flaws, making every faux pas crime, turn a blind eye to actual corruption of our democracy with a passive, "it is what it is." You guys are [BLEEP] weak.

Don't believe me? Ask yourself how this should be handled. IF you had power, this is a simple issue. The GOP chair gets prosecuted for corruption, and every journalist and 3 letter agency looks tirelessly for the culprit who initiated that bribe and arrests and convicts this person. Why isn't that realistic? BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE ANY REAL POWER. So, instead, the simple among us raise their hands and hope things just don't get too bad. This system is broken because you guys are too comfortable to care. Until things are bad enough for you to care, it is what it is. Unless someone tries to change it. Then they're crazy.
