But you are correct that I was one of the few smart ones who was pounding the table to extend him last year so we didn't have to worry about the situation we're in now.

You're also one of the buffoons that wanted to trade him before the trade deadline last year ("because he isn't any good") and just draft his replacement.

And nobody wanted to give Yan a blank check, but yes I wanted to keep him because he's one of the best pass rushers this franchise has ever had. And what do you know, this pass rush has missed him ever since.
