He also deflected when it came to accountability questions in general. Essentially saying the coaches have to develop the guys he selected, etc.

The offense turned the ball over 8 more times in 2023 Vs. 2022 and they were down roughly 2 points ppg on average as an offense.

This is an important off season for all involved. I think we should be looking at it a little more intently.

Wouldn't point that out at you directly, however, just think this fanbase (especially the moral victory crowd that was seemingly okay with finishing 9 - 8 after an 8 - 3 start) should exercise more caution and have higher expectations set for 2024 with the 2025 off season being a big reset potentially if expectations are not met. 

There's a disconnect somewhere in that building and I believe it's obvious and it's not just "journalists and reporters stirring the pot". It's warranted. Based on Baalke's previous stint in San Francisco and Pederson's previous stint in Philadelphia. It is absolutely warranted.
