LOL...Mike Tomlin gets praised for not having a losing season...yet the Jags would fire a GM and head coach after 3 winning seasons?
As a new fan to the franchise...that seems like crazy talk to me. If it were the Chiefs, Cowboys, Eagles or 49ers...yeah...I'd get the fans considering TRYING to upgrade. But not the Jags. It's HARD to consistently win in the NFL. If you get a GM and head coach that can give you winning seasons consistently, you keep em.
