All I heard was from another journalist that was there. Since Scotty was in a tour car one officer directed him to go around. He passed another SUV and a second officer yelled at him. Scotty continued on at idle speed with the other officer yelling. Once he understood the second cop wanted him to stop he did. When he rolled the window down (makes sense him not hearing) the officer order him out of the car. While Scotty was opening the door the officer reached trying to pull him out. Once out he was pushed pretty hard into the car and handcuffed. There were reporters present and at least one was rebuffed by the police. If there is video is unknown.
