In their minds they believe that.  I seriously believe their doctor did not get old Joe's brain cocktail mixture right.  Ben Carson was quoted on saying there are mixtures of drugs you can give someone like Joe to "perk them up." If you watch the debate he seemed to get a little sharper as the night went on. Possibly the dose they gave him did not kick in fast enough. They would not volunteer to take a drug test either.  Go watch the debate at the end and watch the very end.  Joe is in such bad shape his wife had to help him down 1 STEP!. Insane anyone would vote for a man in this state.

Ask yourself this:  If you owned a company and was hiring a CEO to take over your company.  Would you hire Joe Biden in his current state to take over your operation?  If you said yes, you are Insane!
