We have to fight corporate home ownership by taxing it more heavily than owner occupied AKA homestead ownership. Florida already does this pretty well. Tennessee has barely even started. In TN reassessments happen only once per 6 years, and all owners are reassessed at market rates regardless of homestead status. In FL reassessments happen every year but homesteader assessments can only increase by 2% annually while landlord assessments increase by whatever the market says.
