Locks (or near-Locks):
Armstead- Lock
Hamilton- Lock
Robertson-Harris- Near-Lock, with about $12m in dead cap if cut, I think he's safe for another year.
Smith- Lock, 2nd round draft pick this year.

Competing for  1-2 spots:
Ledbetter- Baalke likes him and signed him to a nicer 1 year deal in off season
Lacy- round 4 draft pick last year putting on weight and developing
Otomewo- Vikings round 5 pick 2 years ago, good size and hustles
Jefferson- round 4 draft pick this year makes him a tough cut
Marshall- Jets round 6 pick 3 years ago, 3rd team, practice squad hopeful

Pretty concise summary.  I believe they will keep 6 (NT/DL)  like the last few years. Armstead, Hamilton and Smith are locks. Robertson-Harris's dead cap is 4 million this year as it is past June 1. They have the option of taking the rest in 2.3 mill increments over the next 3 years. They have done this before on players traded.  I believe the next game against Atlanta will decide. He will compete with Ledbetter, Lacy and Jefferson. They will want to keep them all but they will need to chance one of them clearing waivers. Otomewo and Marshall are the odd men out. Practice squad for them.

If I had to handicap it I would say Jefferson at 316lbs and Ledbetter at 300 would be two and Lacy has to make a case he can be as productive as Roy spelling the starters.  Been wrong before ... LOL
