He wants to have safeties, NB, and LBs showing one thing and switching to another at the snap more often than wide are accustomed to seeing. 
That stuff tends to manufacture some picks. 

I have a feeling we'll see plenty once this defense gets clicking. 
Fingers crossed it's more than just talk, but he's referenced this stuff and at least three secondary players have as well. I think they'll bait some throws into unexpected coverage.
The season opener with Miami will be interesting. The one game I circle back to from last year was Miami's loss to Kansas City.

Tua was pretty much kept in check. They pressured him a lot. Stayed on top of Hill and forced a lot of errant passes.

Depending on Hill's injury status, they might have some opportunities to get after him.
