However, it appears that GMs have become so weary about selecting the wrong QB (non-franchise) that if one is not available, they won't spend their 1st rounder on a QB. Last year, there were a number of teams that needed a QB (bills, jags, cards, titans, browns, raiders, vikes) --- perhaps the difference this year is that the jags, browns, vikes, and titans all confirmed last season that their incombent QB was terrible. This would support your statement that all 3 will be gone prior to our 2nd round pick. Strange things happen on draft day. Manziel to the Cowboys would be crazy entertainment !!! |
