DEFCON levels go backwards. DEFCON 5 is standard, DEFCON 1 is the worst.

I get a lot of crap myself, but luckily my closest football friends are actually pretty well informed about the game and are all high on Trevor and understand what our current situation is. Like us, they're all expecting big things from TLaw once we get this figured out.
