All of this can improve as the season progresses. The "light" will eventually turn on. Looking forward to seeing Engram back in the offense along with this defense getting it's starters back healthy in the near future.

Last year, we had this same issue, where, the competition was pretty stiff on the schedule and we had a serious of injuries occur during that stretch that made it damn near impossible to get back on track.

It feels like this year, it will be the opposite. We'll get on a mid to late season winning streak and have a chance with the last 2 games more than likely to clinch a 5th - 7th seed or even a top seed if Houston struggles with it's 1st place schedule, especially in December.

To all the Trevor Haters...  This is something to consider that we haven't talked about.  Trevor has done a great job of holding on to the ball and not throwing head scratching picks.  He had the one against the Bills, I understand that.  But overall, Trevor has done a great job not fumbling or throwing bad picks.

As I mentioned in the tinhorn game day thread, I thought the play calling on Sunday was pretty dog gone good for 91% of the game.  Where we got killed was in the most important times of the game when we could have gone up by 10 and choked out the tinhorns.  We also got killed when we didn't run out the clock when we had the ball with only 4 minutes left.  

There's a chance we can still turn this whole thing around.  But everything has to get better.  Trevor needs to make the "lay-up" throws.  But the coaching has to also do better in not wetting the bed on goal line situations and when we can eat some clock.

The clots are 2-2.  We are 0-4.  It's time to change the narrative.  I hope this offense can finally get up off the mat and show some [BLEEP] heart and some [BLEEP] brains.  If they can do that, then plays will be executed.
