Beans and toast are great! British beans are less molasses and more ketchup than a typical American baked bean.  The toast is the same.
Kippered herring is optional, but it's good if you like fish. Healthy too!
The big problem with English breakfast is the blood sausage.  That stuff is just terrible.  Nauseating in terms of texture, appearance, and taste.  And specifically forbidden in the New Testament, for those who believe.

I would argue a butter chicken is not really a proper curry if I’m honest. A Balti/Madras/Vindaloo is probably the most common 3 that the UK have adopted (Vindaloo super spicy but we had a song for our national soccer team for it so we have to claim it)

Vindaloo was invented in England when an Indian chef working there wanted to really challenge his English customers.  It's a culinary prank, basically.  It's too simple and too spicy to be true Indian food.

But it is delicious, if you're prepared.

I’m sure blood sausages are hugely common on a breakfast here if I’m honest I’ve certainly never had one! The hash browns make it for me! I love a hash brown with my breakfast.

Not to nitpick, but Vindaloo was invented in India not England, the only curry that was invented over here was a Balti in my hometown of Birmingham (trust me on this brummies know their curry heritage!
