I get that, somewhat. 

But in my opinion the players still need to be developed.  These dudes are still in their 20s.  You have to have a coach (Edit:  Not a coach, but a competent coaching staff.  But that starts with the HC) that can develop the talent.  

As for our current GM.  He's hit and he's missed.  But at this point, he hired Doug.  So he needs to be the first to go.  Seriously, Baalke needs to go first. Shad needs to empty the front office and get a 3rd Party Team in to begin the recruitment process for a new GM.
