If we had a real HC, maybe things would turn around.  Doug relinquished responsibility last season.  There's no miraculous turn around unless the HC gets some fire in his belly.  But it's clear he's washed.

Dude was crying on the sidelines!!!!  I mean, come on.  It's over.  Cisco called it right.  It's over.  The team quit.  I blame it on the coaches.

I'm not talking about turning things around, I'm talking about players holding each other accountable. The players are in the locker rooms together, they are the ones who hang out together and have the real talk amongst each other.

I want to see them stepping up, I want to see them calling out the guys quitting. A lot of these players will be here next year whatever happens at FO/Coaching level and I want to see them have a standard they expect.

That's what I'm getting at when saying being stuck together in a hotel for a week will be interesting. Do they have some honest discussions or do they let things further sink.
