Throwing your hands up and saying "we discussed it with the players" isnt enough. Whatever the coaching staff is doing, it isnt enough. This isnt an issue with one or two players, its the entire roster. The attention to details, intensity, sense of urgency, and focus all come from the leaders, whether it be coaches or players. Multiple dudes dropping passes, multiple dudes fumbling, multiple dudes missing blize assignments. Multiple dudes shooting the wrong gap, multiple dudes picking up the wrong receiver, multiples dudes misreading keys. The players and team as a whole are a reflection of the coaches and theres some rot in that coaching staff for allowing some of the stuff that is going on. And it seems Cisco has noticed this rot in the form of individuals not putting in the appropriate effort. |
