He definitely looked terrible doing it. The machinery also looked terribly slow and inefficient, even with an experienced person doing it. The ones that just pick the can up are a lot faster. Someone manually just grabbing the bags or dumping it into the truck is faster than that slow thing.

It's just lovely getting stuck behind one of these on a back country road with steady traffic in the morning. Even better is a school bus and a WM truck.   You will age like a cow pie in the summer sun waiting to get around. 

These guys would get through a route much faster if they did it the old school way. Probably too many workman's comp injuries from people overfilling trash bags or guys trying to pick up too many at one time made them come up with this crap.
