We've kinda already ran this rabbit trail a few times.

The blame is on our lack of identity. It's a systematic failure; we keep changing the guard, changing the scheme, changing the roster and the end result is consistenly inconsistent.

We don't know who we are, or who we want to be, or how to realize the vision we might have. We don't get results, so we fire players, coaches, GMs, and start anew. With each reset we take a step back to attempt steps forward. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

We are competitive, but not winning. Is that a sign that we are close, or is it a sign that the decisionmakers are not quite good enough to get beyond poor results?

Shad is going to have some tough choices ahead.
