Doug did this same poop with Carson Wentz and it turned out bad. I know they both downplay it but it is the same situation. Trying to turn a Thoroughbred into a walking horse because that is your offensive system. After what I saw today they should get rid of Doug or trade Trevor. Trevor deserves better.

Yep. It's a coaching issue and it's a system issue. They have been having a identity crisis since he's been here and now it's turning into a full blown midlife crisis. Players are not executing enough when their numbers are called and the staff is not calling easy, lay-up type of plays that we see from other teams that are successful consistently. 

Not one screen was called on those last two drives yesterday on offense and their defense, knowing full well that they have a pretty good secondary, they were leaving the middle of the field wide open. Perfect time for a screen there to Engram or BTJ. But, nope, a [BLEEP] wheel route to Johnson there as the primary read? Really?
