Once we get rid of Baalke and Doug, we need to go all in on O-Line.  Draft and Free Agency.  

We need a better O-Line.  With a decent HC and a respectable O-Line, we're playoff bound.  

This team has talent on D.  This team has talent at WR, RB, and TE.  This team has a franchise QB.  We need upgrades at O-Line and a HC that knows how to run a modern NFL offense.

C'mon man, coverage is irrelevant to pass rush. Get a pocket crushing DT and the secondary will be fine. You cannot play man when the QB has 4 seconds in a clean pocket.

When the line can't block, the line can't block. 

But there's no button for that in Madden, so it MUST be the play-calling.
