Don't get me started on "you know".

There is a Scottish former pro cyclist who does commentary alongside sports broadcasters on Eurosport during the road cycling season. He's well spoken and very knowledgeable due to also being a director/manager of a team after he retired from the peloton, but oh. my. word. he says kind of in every 2-3 sentences he speaks. Initially it drove me nuts but his perspective as a former rider and former team manager makes up for it. 

If you drank a shot of liquor every time he says kind of you would be completely hammered in the first half hour of a race. If you made it to the end of the race without being hospitalized it would be a miracle. Liver failure by the end of the season would be pretty much guaranteed if he worked even 1/3 of the races. Lol.
