This franchise has the worst owner in professional sports.

This is not a cesspool.  We have some some talent here.  And we have an owner who is willing to spend a lot of money to upgrade the facilities, acquire free agents, and extend our own players.  Plus we have a new stadium on the way.  

What we need is to get a new GM, and have him select the new HC, or get a new HC, and have him select the new GM.  Either of those ways, there is one person in charge of the football team.  That's the way I would do it.
