That's why I keep saying, X's and O's are nice, but what we need most in a head coach is strong leadership.  Players have to be held accountable for effort and focus.  Three years into his time with the Jaguars, Doug Pederson said we need to change the culture.  Three years!  Great Scott, what a statement after three years at the helm!  That's when it was obvious he needed to go.

When you aren't any good playing against good teams makes it looks like you're not trying. And Pederson's comment was clearly about the the guy bringing the players who aren't any good, that should've been evident.

Searcy and Boselli's comments were indeed about the guyS bringing in the players.

And that included Pederson, who constantly harped on athleticism from his O-Linemen - and Baalke who clearly didn't like that approach. ("bigger and stronger") 

Again -I wanted them both gone, but if we're pointing fingers at OL building, they both get their share here.
