I would only rarely go on a whim if something sounded good or a good deal, but the app req basically alienates me again.  Just not going to do it.  Fast food is sealing its own grave imo.  I realize i am probably not their target mkt however i think the app thing is driving even more ppl not to go.

I had a fasting blood test recently and the closest place to get food and coffee afterwards was a Starbucks. I went in and realized I would have to 'stand in line' behind a bunch of app orders from people who weren't even there so I left. 

If you can't serve someone standing right in front of you before 10 people who aren't even there you won't get my business. I'm not downloading an app for something I might use a few times a year.
