Maybe for the bolded above, but not just a resort area. That would provide a tactical return for the US involvement. Maybe something like the lease we have on that little area in Cuba.   So all you Arab brothers, come up with something better and get off your wallets !!

Trump is the king of real estate development.  I think he'd love turning the Gaza Strip into the next Dubai --- imagine him leaving his mark with something like that, plus a military base.  It's not going to happen but the thought of that probably has him dreaming about it all night long.
