Where in the Constitution, or any Amendment, does it say that deporting illegal aliens back to the country from which they came, is a violation of their rights?

The fifth amendment says you can't be deprived of liberty without due process of law. If I put you on a plane or a bus that you don't want to go on, I am depriving you of liberty. Due process of law includes the opportunity to hear specific charges against you and present your side of the story in court.

The 5th amendment covers the people of the United States. In fact there is an argument the constitution does not cover anyone but citizens of the United States. The illegals are covered by their nations constitution. It does not cover illegal aliens. The USSC never said it did. You keep saying this but it is incorrect.
