I just dont see a natural smooth football player and while he is lightyears ahead of gabbert and shows ZERO signs of fear or worries of phantom pass rush i just dont like his mechanical movements and staring down of receivers.

 

If he can be coached to flow through progressions and use his eyes better then he will be solid but if not i see teams that use disguises alot (Houston especially) killing him with changes to the pre snap look.
