Ideally, I think Oakland would want to trade down in a similar fashion to last year's draft and pick Carr 5-10 spots later. However, trades don't exist in this mock and I think they would pull the trigger on Carr if forced to stay at #5 with Manziel off the board. Schaub should be able to win the starting job and command the team to a mediocre record (6-8 wins) next season. Due to their win now free agency moves, they'll most likely be out of range to pick a top QB next draft, so pick the one you like and is available now. Carr has upside and will be able to sit back, learn the game a bit more this season, and take the reins in 2015.

IMO, any team picking a QB that goes for one in the first round above Johnny and Teddy has made a bad pick. I can understand going for another skill player that's needed, but not another quarterback.

 

That's not to say you're draft-board is wrong. It actually looks pretty possible, if not entirely likely to me. Very nice list.

 

Yeah, I think Bridgewater is and will be the best QB in the class, but I feel teams are going to gamble on the unknowns and potential upside of the other QBs like Manziel, Carr, and Bortles over a fairly known commodity in Teddy.
