RB is about instincts.  I can tell you which kids in pop warner have the skills to be a future RB a the HS level and who doesn't just at that age.   It's about instincts, hitting the hole, and some natural born gifts that you can't teach.

 

Toby reminds me of heavier Craig James.  Let's face it, when you run a 4.53 there's only so much you can do.
