Team trading up for Bridgewater?

People say he's accurate on small throws and has a quick release, but many of his throws wobble to their targets, and his motion has a hitch in it. He doesn't strike me as overly confident either. Alex Smith-level would be a good ceiling for this guy, but he's not taking a team to the promised land. I'd be OK with him falling to No. 39, or the Jaguars selecting Garrapolo/Carr there as well, but I wouldn't want the Jaguars to trade up from that spot for any QB in this draft.
