So the guy that says Morris is a steal says Blake only has one throw.  OK Stephen, time to get off the computer and start looking at a playbook.  As far as Blake is concerned, he ran the offense like Charlie Taaffe wanted him to.  You can't blame Blake for a schemed WR screen.  He did his job and threw passes just like coach wanted.  He did hit his first read most of the time (no progressions), I agree, but his first read was often open.  It's not like he threw into traffic. He probably could have hit the 3rd read for a longer play, but in the UCF offense that was frowned upon.   Blake was always more impressive in the Knights fastball offense, where he could read the D and call his own plays.  Look at the comebacks - End of USCe, Louisville, Temple, etc. Blake was calling the plays at the line....and surprise, surprise they were longer (very effective) passes....shocking.
