There have been all sorts of ideas floated, but the latest plans are being kept somewhat quiet. Khan is the driving force behind the latest plans, and he has indicated that if they can't find someone to take on this project, he may do it himself.

I was at UNF in 2001 when The Billion Dollar Mile was announced at the Shipyards. We all bought it up and had these grand visions of what that could be. 9/11 changed that.
