If marijuana suspensions will be lessened, I'd have to imagine that alcohol suspensions should be as well. Granted, Blackmon was arrested for DUI, so the offense isn't less illegal... but he likely tested dirty or didn't take the test (or something along those lines) which resulted in this suspension. Since it isn't a new criminal charge, I'd put it on the same level of testing dirty for marijuana. I don't really see the difference. |
