The Ravens may have been the only team in the NFL with a worse WR situation than the Jaguars last year, and Doss stepped up to contribute a whopping 19 receptions for 305 yards in what the organization was counting to be  his "breakout year".    The Superbowl winning organization sunk a mid round pick into him and didn't even think he was worthy of a RFA tender after 3 years.
