We all questioned the point of installing them when they made the original announcements, but now that we're hearing how they'll be utilized, they are a real draw for revenue streams going beyond just Jaguar games. Companies can book them for parties. The UF/UGA game is already talking about how they'd like to use them. It's pretty interesting to see this play out. I think the main point of the pools was also to build a buzz and get people to talk. It looks like this week it blew up and they got the free advertisement they wanted. That's why I say its a fad even though it still is bringing in revenue. |
