Professional talent evaluators know better than we do. Caldwell and other GMs/Coaches thought Bortles was the best QB in this class. Teddy would not have been good value at 3.
 

Other positions I would agree. 

 

When you're talking "franchise QB", it supercedes other positions. 

 

Bridgewater has a very good chance to be the best QB from this class. A franchise level QB. I'll disagree with anyone that claims getting that would have been bad value at 3.
