Edit: The only place I recall seeing it was here.
 

The picture was out there on Twitter.  Now, it was supposed to have been taken after his suspension started, but there's no way of knowing that for sure.  However, there have been reports since then of Blackmon sightings at a few local haunts out at the beach. 

 

I do know the picture was linked here, but it didn't originate on this site.
