I know the staff keep saying it and I know that as NFL staffs go, this one is more likely than most to be not blowing smoke.

 

But, the NFL just doesn't work like this.

 

If you have a vet QB who is stinking up the joint and a 1st rounder on the bench, at some point you make the change.
