The thing that will hurt Jameis is his personal choices to this point, and he isn't as polished as Luck. If he can makes gains in that area (and just stay out of trouble) then he's a no brainer.

Nor did I. Others, though, did. All I'm saying is that it is too early to be calling someone a "lock" to be the #1 overall pick.
