Oh lookie here, looks like we have a slight shift, a minor acknowledgement that there may be shades of gray in this black and white world we live in. I'd point you to the post where I said almost exactly the same thing a few pages ago, but you would probably read something I never wrote and tell me how much I want Bortles to start.

 

The funny thing here is you think I've been making some sort of absolute declaration about something when that's simply not true.  You accuse me of glitter boy tactics, but that's precisely the kind of maneuver he would use trying to paint it as a black/white prediction when that's not the case at all.  Feel free to point out where I said that Bortles not starting until he's absolutely ready without making any qualifications.  Even in this thread, I've made more than one acknowledgement that injury could certainly contribute to an early start for him, even if he's not ready.
