One thing I think in Orlando's favor is they have grown organically as a soccer club. Orlando City was a successful USL team and they are basically moving up to MLS. Something like Atlanta on the other hand, is a true expansion team. They have an NASL franchise but this is a different club. Based on Atlanta's history, I cannot say for sure that their MLS team will be a success. |
