Let me first say that I am glad Michael Sam is in the league.  I will watch him and I hope he does really well.....but, I can see where Dungy is coming from.  Everyone talked about the Tebow hype machine and how much media and pressure were all around the team on whichever team he was on.  Sam will bring a similar media attention. 

 

The correlation between the media attention to Tebow is almost the same.  Broncos/Jets/Pats players had to constantly answer questions about a guy they couldn't control.  The Rams players will have to do the same thing. 

 

What if an incident happens and Michael Sam speaks out about harassment?  Your team will have that shadow forever cast around them.
