You realize you're all saying pretty much the same thing? "Put him in when he's ready" or "Put him in if he WINS the job" are the exact same thing just worded differently... He's not going to play before he's ready, except maybe injury to Henne, and he's not going to win the job if he's not ready. It's the same thing.
